Salsa ColombianaNando Vanin was born 15th of April 1977 at Cali, Colombia, the world capital of salsa music. From a young age he was caught by the salsa fever, because of his passion he could develop himself into a singer with an intense and extraordinary voice, which allowed him to open up fields quickly in different orchestras. Without forgetting his folkloric roots of the Pacific coast, Nando was invited as a special guest by “Grupo Bahia” to the famous festival "Petronio Álvarez". All prices that could be won on this festival were won by “Grupo Bahia”! Then they give him the chance to record one of the hit songs of ”Grupo Bahia” a song of praise of the Colombian Pacific “Te Vengo a Cantar”. After 4 years he came back to perform on the "Petronio Álvarez" festival and reconfirms his talent by winning the award as best interpreter vocal with “Grupo Marejada”, with an audience of more than 20,000 people! After several years of musical success he was invited to a tour through Europe and decided to explore new possibilities in this continent. Here he opened new ways in the music scene, fusion of Colombian salsa with jazz, rap, classical music and the perfect combination with Cuban style. In Europe, Nando was able to develop his career up to a high level, to such an extent, thanks to the confidence of Boris Caicedo and Jim Lopez in Paris. He had the opportunity to work with great artists of "Fania All Star" among others, such as... Junior González, Ismael Miranda, Cheo Feliciano, Willie Colón, Tito Allen, Frankie Vásquez, Yuri Buenaventura... etc. With his enthusiasm and professionalism he hopes to continue and overcome audience all over the world. The band is featuring 10 musicians.
